Sessions and classes last 55-60 minutes. We have a strict 24hr. cancellation policy. All 10 session/class series and class packages expire 3 months from the first date of use. You can (yes can) share session series with your friends (not the Mayhem). Pay with cash, personal check, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover. Gift certificates available.
