Where to start

We strongly recommend you start with our intro special: 2 private appointments for $199. Private lessons are the best place to get a sense of the Pilates system, the equipment, and for us to get a sense of you, your body and your goals. Whether you plan to continue with Privates or move into group classes--or a combination of both--this is step one.  (Feel free to take your introductory private lessons with two different instructors, though each teacher is certified the same way, each person brings a different perspective.)  

You also have all your introductory specials for each type of classes.  Work your way through each one of them, to get a good sense of the entire Pilates system--and it is a system, it works perfectly together to radically change your body for the better--so pick your favorites but always try to vary the types of group classes you sign up for.  Sign up here!

3 times a week is magic.  2 times is effective. 1 time a week... takes longer.

As in every practice, consistency is the key to obtain the best results ever and we've found that practicing 3 times a week does the job and gives you a healthy and steady practice. Twice a week gives your body the consistency to build up and develop the technique and strength. Doing Pilates once a week or sporadically will take longer to see the changes and achieve your goals, but it will still happen. 

Our classes are super-small because we believe that personal attention is not a luxury but essential to healthy practice. Having said that, nothing beats working one-on-one with a certified instructor so that you can work closely on your needs and your goals--and then you rock in your group classes. So throw yourself as many Privates as you can especially at the beginning of your practice, and you'll never regret it. That's your foundation.

What to bring

Socks are required to work out.

And please, no zippers on your leggings or anywhere else (they damage the equipment)!

What to know

Cancellation policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.  You won't be charged for a session or class if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or class time.  Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email (no text/facebook/instagram), or via telephone voice messages bearing a time stamp.  

Unfortunately we can't accommodate requests to switch types of classes, times, or days once within the 24 hour window.  This applies to any booked group class or private session.  However, you can send a friend instead.

Expiration policy

All packages have 3 months expiration--however, packages bought after April 28, 2018 must be used before July 28, 2018. You can book class that day.  You can share your packages with friends. Memberships cannot be shared with friends. 

Refund policy

All sales are final, no refunds.  Exchanges can be made for unused packages.  

Late to class policy

Arrive at least 10 minutes before your first class with us.  Returning students should arrive at least 5 minutes before class start time.  

If you're running late to class, please notify us.  In the case of full group classes, your spot may be given away at the start time of class if there is anyone on our waiting list.  If we don't hear from you, your teacher will wait for 15 minutes past the start time, after that your class or session will be canceled and you will be charged according to the 24-hour policy.
