Tower

Tower Class

The Tower utilizes spring-based resistance with the push-through bar, roll back bar, leg springs and arm springs to challenge and strengthen the entire body. A certified instructor will lead the class in unison through a sequence of appropriately leveled mat and Tower choreography. Tower classes will cover the classic syllabus with an emphasis on form, transitions, rhythm and the enjoyment of our practice. Tower Class is limited to four students to ensure a safe and effective workout.
