chris niles was born in new zealand and has worked all over the world as a broadcast journalist and humanitarian. after a car crash that left her temporarily paralyzed and her neck broken in three places, pilates helped chris fully recover. she was hooked! chris finds pilates continually engrossing and challenging for the body, mind and spirit.
you might remember chris from flesh + bone team first in 2015--until she shipped off to iraq on an awesome humanitarian opportunity with UNICEF. over there, chris thought pilates to a group of people working in the same camp as she was, bringing some relief to bodies and minds of those facing a very challenging situation in the midst of the desert. now back to the states and at the studio, chris challenges her clients with a very athletic and yet calming teaching style.
